# Start here (any AI)

**Why:** Run the factory without Cara babysitting. This pack is the product surface for multi-venture / multi-AI ops.

## Standing rules (short)

- Commit prefix by seat (`build:` for Build).  
- Public copy: clear WHY, no invent-speak, no AI-disclaimer fluff.  
- Mill grades → Kevin only. Jarvis is executive, not mill grunt.  
- Objects-bought ledger stays the dashboard hero. Autonomy OS is the ops pack beside it.  
- Do not put secrets or OAuth tokens in git.

## Your first move

1. Know your assign (one object, one tip).  
2. Be the sole maker — cancel or refuse a second lander.  
3. Land → claim URL + SHA to Kevin once.  
4. If Cara is required, use the evening calendar gate — not chat spam.
