# Maker → looker

**Why:** Any AI can ship without Cara tracking every pulse — one maker lands, one looker grades once.

## Roles

| Role | Does | Does not |
|------|------|----------|
| **Maker** | Lands one tip (URL + SHA). Claims once. | Second maker on the same object. Re-claim noise. |
| **Looker (Kevin)** | One KEEP / FAIL / LOOK walk. | Chat theater. Re-grading the same tip forever. |
| **Commander (Cara)** | Calendar gate when MFA / money / brand / decision. | Mill grunt. Ack ping storms. |

## Loop

1. Maker reads `START_ANY_AI.md` + LAW.  
2. Maker lands on the assigned surface.  
3. Maker claims once: live URL + tip SHA → Kevin.  
4. Kevin grades once.  
5. On KEEP: stamp and park. On FAIL: one fix tip, claim again.  

## Hard bans

- Two makers on one object  
- Softstyle / Book 2 / NCCWP invent reopen unless Kevin lights  
- Seat-theater as the dashboard hero (objects-bought stays the ledger)
